Color: Full page $1,500 (limited to inside front or back covers, or special inserts)

Frequency discount: Clients must contract in advance for frequency discounts. All contracts must be fulfilled within one year of the initial insertion.

Short-rate charges: Clients not completing the contracted number of insertions will be charged at the short rate.

Mechanical requirements: Overall page size is 8 1/4 x 10 1/2 inches. Image is 7 x 9 inches. Column width is 2 1/4 inches. Printed by photo-offset. Camera-ready mechanicals, diskette, or CD required for black and white. One-piece film, diskette, or CD required for color. Supplied art/images should be high resolution. Any typography, layout, photography, art, separations, camera, or stripping work is at extra charge.

Deadlines: Published four times per year. Insertion order deadline two months prior to on-sale dates of December, March, June, and September. Camera-ready copy deadline 20 days prior to on-sale date.

Prepayment: Required for all first-time orders not placed through a recognized agency.

Commissions and cash discounts: Recognized agencies are allowed 15 percent commission of the gross charges. A 2 percent cash discount is allowed for payment with insertion order. Typography, layout, photography, and other art work are not commissionable.

Miscellaneous: (a) Copy acceptance. All advertisements are subject to publisher’s approval of copy, text, display, and illustrat ion. (b) All advertisements are accepted and published on the representation that the agents and/or advertiser are properly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof.

It is understood that the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from and against any claims of suits from libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement, and any other claims or suits based on the contents of subject matter of such publication.
